Meet Local Artist and Author Mitch Rosen
Mitch Rosen, author of Columbus Day: a Memoir, offers us a glimpse into his life. This lecture pinpoints the main topics in his story, and sheds light on the young man who, through sheer determination, rises above despair with a sense of purpose. A 26-year career in law enforcement follows, driven by a desire to protect and serve those in need. Along the way, he finds solace in color pencil art, using it as both an outlet for his emotions and a means of healing. This is the story of a child’s journey from hardship to resilience.
