Growing in a Garden (Ages 8 - 12)
Join us for a special spring meditation session!
You’ll imagine yourself blooming in a garden and then do a group art activity.
Co-presented with our friends at the Mental Health Association.

Make sure you arrive on time! We'll start our program at the Library and then walk over to the Avis Campbell Gardens next door for our meditation exercises.
