This 4 week class highlights the gentle rhythms of Qigong by slowing down, listening and mind/body peacefulness. Come pay attention to your senses as we move with care, cultivate attention and let each breath carry us home.
No experience needed—bring your curiosity, and a willingness to practice outdoors in summer's abundance.
