"True Colors" Workshop by HealthBarn USA
We’ll focus on the power of self-love, confidence, and the understanding that "beauty" is subjective and unique to every individual. Through guided conversations and fun activities, we’ll explore how beauty is defined by who you are, not just how you look.
We will have a self-esteem circle where participants celebrate their unique qualities. All activities are gender-inclusive and adaptable so that everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired. We’re excited to create a space where every participant leaves feeling more confident, connected, and proud of who they are. Plus, we'll also make a delicious, refreshing Rainbow Swirly Smoothie!
