NJ4S: Bergen Hub returns with Little Sprouts: Growing Healthy Habits (Ages 3-6). Little Sprouts is a free program that utilizes the Healthy Alternative for Little Ones (HALO) Curriculum. It is a holistic health program designed for children ages 3-6. The program encourages healthy eating, exercise, and emotion recognition through fun hands-on activities, educational songs, and stories. Register one spot per child.
