Join us to explore Qigong in the Van Vleck garden as we transition from summer to autumn. Learn to move with gracefulness and joy while remaining centered and rooted. This 6 week class highlights the gentle rhythms of Qigong by slowing down, listening and mind/body peacefulness. Come pay attention to your senses as we move with care, cultivate attention and let each breath carry us home.
