"We forget that the water cycle and the life cycle are one." —Jacques Cousteau
Recent catastrophic floods and contaminated drinking water across the country and the state have put the spotlight on water management. What can we do about it?
Join Gillian Mulvoy of the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Water Resources Program to learn about the water systems in our area and how to care for them in a sustainable way: creating rain gardens, tending our storm drains, being mindful of what we flush into our sewers and more. Learn about Montclair's upcoming new water-related programs from Marrakech Cunliffe of the Township's Office of Sustainability. Be part of the solution.
Co-presented by the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Water Resources Program, Montclair Township, and Sustainable Montclair.
