[CANCELLED] New Jersey Commission of Blind and Visually impaired - Free Vision Screening Program
Project BEST Screening staff will be here. During the screening process, Each participant will be screened for visual acuity, glaucoma and other eye pathology such as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy etc.. Based on the results of the screening and the doctor's recommendation, the Project BEST screener will provide resources for those that are under-insured or have no vision insurance as well as a resource for free eye glasses to those who are eligible. Also, if eligible for other CBVI services, registration will be done on site. If the individuals have insurance, they will be asked to go to their doctor for further follow up.
In person Registration. Forms are available at the Library's Reference desk. Program limit is 15 people.
