Qigong/Meditation with Tara Farley

This series will focus on:

  • Breathing techniques that support the well-being of the heart
  • Increase the breathing capacity of the lungs
  • Aid in the detoxification of the liver
  • Bringing our thoughts into a state of neutrality to release worry and anxiety

Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
