(FULL) Let’s Make Vegan Coquito for the Holidays!

Want to make coquito, the holiday Puerto Rican elixir of the gods? In this interactive class, you'll learn about the history of coquito and make a vegan version with fellow participants. Instructor Michael Aquino will guide you through creating this creamy holiday drink, which is both dairy-free and egg-free. We'll be making an alcohol-free version, but participants are welcome to bring their own rum if they would like to add some to their own bottle! (White rum recommended.) Everyone will go home with their own bottle of coquito and maybe the start of a new holiday tradition.
