Korean style QiGong Tai Chi are movements to activate healing power in your body. The class consists of easy warm up exercises, in standing and sitting positions, learning a tai chi form and finish with breathing meditation. Tai Chi helps to improve balance, concentration, blood circulation, relaxes your body & restore peace of mind. Free to the public.
