The ABCs of Sports and Play (ages 3-5)
Program Details
- The ABCs of Sports and Play class sparks creativity and curiosity through games, obstacle courses, and movement-based challenges that build foundational motor skills like hopping, skipping, and crawling, along with basic sports techniques. This fun class combines structured play with personal growth to help children build essential physical skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of staying active all while having a blast!
Age Range
- This program is for ages 3-5 with a caregiver.
Registration Required
- Each child must be registered individually to attend.
- Children’s programs are limited to Upper Saddle River Library card-holders.
