Work It Out @ Your Library!
This preschool program makes it fun for families of young children to learn computational thinking (CT). It builds on Work It Out Wombats!™, a PBS KIDS® series that features three energetic wombat siblings who solve problems in creative ways. We'll do fun hands-on activities, watch Wombats! videos, and listen to CT stories. In between the sessions, families will continue the learning at home, using the Work It Out Wombats! Family App, which is designed for adults and children to use together. This second unit, called Step It Out! It will have 3 lessons (February 2, February 9, February 23).
This program is best for ages 3-5 years old.
You can still come to Unit 2 even if you didn't come to Unit 1! This is a new topic!
Register by family, please! (For example, if you plan to attend with mother, father, and one child, you only need to register one time.)
