Janet B. Lurie, Esq. will be at the library to talk about wills, trusts, probate in NJ, advance directives/health-care proxies, beneficiary designations and other useful information for seniors and their adult children.

Janet has served in numerous professional leadership positions, including as the Chair of the Elder & Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Bergen County Bar Association Elder and Disability Committee and Vice Chair of the District IIB Ethics Committee. Janet is a certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and concentrates her practice exclusively on Medicaid and Medicare law, guardianship law, social security and disability law and estate planning.
