Mindful Breath and Movement
Linda Strauss from One Body Yoga will guide us through accessible, mindful breath and movement practices. Participants do not need to be experienced, flexible, athletic, or spiritual. Just bring your curiosity and wear comfortable clothes. This program is open to all BCCLS cardholders.
