Tech assistance includes:
- Operating smartphones, tablets, e-readers, and other tech devices.
- Accessing our digital library through Hoopla and Libby.
- How to use Social Media, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Suite or Google Drive
Tech assistance does not include:
- Troubleshooting or repairing devices [hardware or software]
- Aiding with any issues relating to banking, personal/sensitive information, government fillings, or medical documents.
- Job Applications or résumé help
- Filling out any forms or assignments
- School or homework assistance
- Typing a document for you
