 allows.\n\nAbout the Presenters\n\nBrandon and David\, high school 
 Juniors\, started public forum debate during their Freshman year of high 
 school. David has had experience with policy debate since middle school. 
 They have won various awards in both national and local tournaments\, 
 including winning the champion title for the Cal Berkeley Fall 
 Championships as well as the Georgetown Spring Debate Tournament. \n \n
