Sit While You Get Fit, adults

This 8 week series is centered to calm the mind and body using mindful mediation and chair yoga with guided imagery and breathing techniques. It is designed for all practice levels. Please dress comfortably, no work-out clothes required. This class is ideal for participants to relax, refocus and reconnect while getting fit.
