Gluten Free: Is it Right for Me?

Gluten Free: Is it Right for Me?

Many people need to go on a gluten free diet for health reasons and some have decided to do it on their own.

Come learnwhat a gluten free diet is,  when it is appropriate to follow a gluten free diet and sample some gluten free food.

This is a free community lecture presented in partnership with St. Barnabas Medical Center.

The presenter is Michelle Pasia, who is a Registered Dietitian and has a master’s degree in public health. She is the Center Coordinator at the Kogan Celiac Center of RJWBarnabas Health, where she provides individualized education for patients with celiac disease, digestive disorders and overall healthy eating. She is passionate about teaching people how small changes can have a big impact on their health.
