Self Defense
You don't need a black belt to protect yourself! Learn basic self defense orginating from aiki-jujutsu techniques at this workshop instructed by Kevin Cumberton of Daito-ryu Aiki-Jujutsu of Morris County.
Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move! This program will take place outside of the library on the lawn.
