TWEENS/TEENS SUMMER - HENNA

TWEENS/TEENS SUMMER - HENNA

Henna artist Larissa Symbouras will talk about the history of henna and its uses as a dye to create temporary body art. Learn how it is made, how it is applied, and how to take care of the designs after they are completed. Symbouras will demonstrate different types of henna designs while she explains their significance. Anyone who wishes to try a henna design must complete a consent form. This program is intended for grades 5 - 12, but those under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent before coming into contact with the henna. A consent form is not required for those who do not wish to come into contact with the henna.
