Adult Yoga Class
Enjoy a fun and relaxing Yoga class for adults with instructor Aleksandra Mufceska. You will be introduced to basic yoga poses and will learn meditative techniques that promote mindfulness and acceptance. Yoga poses build muscle, strength, balance and poise, while meditation increases self-awareness. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or large towel. Participants must also sign a waiver. Classes are limited, so sign-up early.
