Author Talk: Chinese AIDS Activist Yaojie Gao
Ten years ago, 81-year-old Yaojie Gao was forced into exile and came to America because she exposed the truth of AIDS in China. The author, Shiyu Lin of Livingston, spent 3 years writing her oral history and making a documentary film about her. Lin will share Gao’s story and the documentary film. You may purchase the book and have the author sign it after the program. The event is free and open to all.
