Tai Chi for Intermediate Beginners: 6 Week Introductory Series
Tai Chi is a moving meditation where we will learn to move in harmony with our center and flow with the energy of a cohesive group. Tai Chi has been shown to:
-improve balance
-build bone mass
-relax muscles and open joints
-relieve hypertension and stress in the body
- strengthen overall cardio health
-improve quality of breath
-sharpen the mind through the practice of mindfulness.
