Wellness Wednesday: Healthy Holiday Swaps, Cooking Demonstration

In this cooking workshop, Nathalia will prepare one or two healthy “holiday themed” dishes. Then, she will give a brief presentation on different holiday swaps. After the presentation, attendees will enjoy the healthy dishes.
