Toddler Tales Storytime, ages 2 - 4 years
No registration required. Fall session runs from September 17 through November 19, 2019.
Drop in for one class or attend them all.
Your toddler will continue to gain literacy and social skills he began to develop in Babytime!
Come to enjoy an hour full of stories, songs, and creative projects or games! Younger (or older) siblings are welcome to tag along, but be aware that books and activities are chosen for the two to four year olds.
The focus of this class is helping toddlers lengthen their attention span while listening to longer and more complex stories than those presented in Baby Time. While we still sing songs, children will focus more and more on the stories and words used to convey meaning. Class ends with a simple project that could require coloring, gluing and/or cutting all of which are important skills that help develop hand eye cordination, spacial recognition, and independance.
