Finding Myself: An Introduction to Ayurveda

Finding Myself: An Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda, meaning “Knowledge of Life”, is the sister science of Yoga, both originating over 5,000 years ago.

In these sessions we will understand the concept of “Doshas”, why we behave in certain ways, our food cravings, mood swings, energy levels, career goals and passions. Then we will discuss how to “optimize” our Doshas, so that we live life to the fullest on our own terms.

For men and women, young and mature, in all colors and phases of life – it’s time to find ourselves!

Registration is required. Please register by Friday, January 10.

Note: You must attend the first session in order to attend the second one.

Aruna Raobeg is a Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. You can read more about her at whiteswanlifestyle.com
