Parent Workshop: 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten!
Early Literacy specialist, Jenise Sileo, is coming back to HPL for an encore presentation!
She will share with us a full presentation about better practices for instilling early literacy skills.
Presentation will include:
- Early literacy milestones.
- How to choose books.
- How little ones connect to books before they are able to read/understand words.
- Special information about the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program at HPL.
