Adult Program: Tai Chi/Senior Martial Arts
Tai Chi has a new date and time for 2020.
Join us for Tai Chi with James Ran and Stacy Han of the YI JING MN Kung Fu School in Ridgewood. Tai Chi is an excellent mind and body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, and incorporating beginners Kung Fu and Self Defense Class for a fun workout. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
