Adopt A Shelf Training and Orientation, grades 6 to 12
Registration is required.
Adopt a Shelf is a program open to students in grades 6 through 12. Volunteers select a section of the library collection to adopt. Each volunteer is responsible for keeping the books in that section in good order and dust/trash free.
Once volunteers have completed training and selected a section of shelves, they make their own volunteer schedule. Each volunteer must commit to at least 1 hour per month.
If you have already attended a training session and have an assigned section, you are not required to register and attend again. If you would like to change your section or to add another section, please speak with one of the Librarians when you come to the library.
