Matilda Wormwood is a gifted child that is forced to put up with her distant father and mother. Worse, Agatha Trunchbull, the evil principal at Matilda's school. When Matilda realizes she has the power of telekinesis, she begins to defend her friends from the evil Trunchbull and fights back against her unkind parents.
