cancelled Kick Start your Art, teens ages 14+ and adults
Registration is required. Register for each class separately. Attend one class or attend them all.
No previous training required. All supplies provided. This class is meant for beginners or more experienced artists.
During these sessions, library staff member, Michela Keenan, shares her love of drawing by guiding you through the process of creating your very own work of art. You'll use colored pencils or soft chalk pastels (depending on which class session you attend) and, although, it would typically take two sessions for you to complete your project, you are welcome to attend 1 session only and finish your project at home.
January 25 and February 22: colored pencil drawing
March 28 and April 25: art with soft chalk pastels
