Virtual Summer Reading Club Party
For qualifying club members.
Those who have read and logged at least 5 books by August 12th are invited to our awesome Virtual Summer Reading Club Party on August 14th, at 2pm via Boxcast! We will be welcoming back the great Turtle Dance Music, who will be performing - just for you - their Imagine Your Story: A Music, Bubble And Comedy Show! This show features wonderful songs and tales based on classic fairy tales from Hans Christian Anderson, The Brothers Grimm, and explores mythological creatures from around the world including Mermaids, Unicorns, Fairies, Hobbits, Witches, Wizards, Pirates and many more!
The Children’s Department staff will be contacting the winners of the $50 electronic gift cards after the show. Winners must at least be entering pre-K and be present at the party to receive the gift cards. The more books you read the better your chances are of winning so read, read, read!
All qualifying members will be able to pick up a free book and gift bag starting on Monday, August 17th.
