Maureen's Mindful Mediation
Join Maureen as she teaches you skills to help reduce stress, overcome anxiety and worry, and create a feeling of inner calm. This is a free program and registration is required. This program is for adults only, 18 years or older. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
