Tai Chi for All with Chiling Weng
A tai chi program demonstrating traditional Chinese exercise. Methods will be used to strengthen muscles; ligaments and tendons; develop and maintain flexibility; improve balance, coordination, and promote relaxation. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water.
Taught by Chiling Weng, who learned tai chi as a child in Taiwan. When she moved to the United States she became involved in tai chi performances including tai chi sword, tai chi fan and basic tai chi. She has been teaching tai chi for approximately 10 years. She will be teaching basic tai chi and calls her classes Tai Chi for All because everyone is welcome.
