VIRTUAL New Jersey on the Frontlines: Riker’s Hill and the Statewide Nike Missile Bases During the Cold War

Join us for a virtual Zoom lecture by local Historian Don Bender where he will discuss the network of Nike Missile bases in New Jersey including the installation at Riker’s Hill (in Livingston and East Hanover) that constituted a bulwark against a potential Soviet nuclear attack from the 1950s to the 70s.
