Chair Yoga with Danielle Massa
We are excited to announce that certified yoga instructor Danielle Massa will now lead our weekly chair yoga classes. This gentle form of yoga can be done while sitting, and some poses can be done while standing and using a chair for support. Like traditional yoga, chair yoga can help improve flexibility, stress, joint strain, and overall strength. The exercise aims to balance one's mind, body, and spirit through movement, breathing, and relaxation. Class runs 35 to 45 minutes and includes some aromatherapy with oils.
