Part of our Earth Day Celebration! Climate Mobilization & Hoboken RESIST: A Discussion of NJT's Power Plant

Part of our Earth Day Celebration! Climate Mobilization & Hoboken RESIST: A Discussion of NJT's Power Plant

Come for an informational evening concerning  NJT's Power Plant.

The Climate Mobilization Hoboken and Hoboken RESIST will be hosting Matthew Smith, from Food and Water Watch NJ. Matthew will be telling us why this plant is potentially dangerous to our beautiful city of Hoboken.

If you live, work, or commute through Hoboken, this plant could adversely affect your health and add to our already serious air pollution. This plant will possibly damage the already compromised ecosystem of the Meadowlands and Hackensack River.

Come and hear from our Food and Water Watch expert, Matt Smith, the facts about why we need to join forces to help make people aware of this plant. We need to speak out loudly, clearly and forcefully to inform folks about this fossil fueled plant only 4 miles from our outer borders.
