Breathing Techniques & Centering Meditation
Join Karen Noel to explore the Hathenas, a dynamic breathing method used in yoga to enlarge, expand, recondition, and rejuvenate lung capacity and efficiency. Karen will also touch on mindfulness meditation for centering yourself. All you need is a chair to sit in. Eat a light breakfast and wear comfy clothes.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. On the morning of the event, you will receive an email with instructions for joining the meeting.
