Practical Pranayam (breath control) & Meditation on Facebook Live and Recorded

·       Pranayam is the practice of breath control in yoga. It is a distinct set of breath synchronization exercises which ensure optimum respiratory health. This session will teach an easy to follow routine for everyday practice. 
 

·       Meditation: Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. In this session, we offer basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater equanimity, acceptance and joy. Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax. 

 

·       Teacher: Swapna Pednekar lives in Pune, India. She is a retired Banker and a very respected yoga and pranayam teacher from the very prestigious Patanjali Yogpeeth. She is delighted to share her Practical Pranayam and mediations tips with patrons of the Hoboken Library.
