Mango Phirni (Mango Rice Pudding)

A delicious Indian Dessert

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp basmati rice (soaked in water for 30 min)
  • 3 Cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder / elaichi powder
  • 5-6 strands of saffron
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp fresh or canned
  • 2 tbsp available dry fruits, chopped
