Qigong for Health & Wellbeing
Our health and wellbeing should be a priority in our lives regardless of the time we are in. Please join us for these online qigong classes to support our immune system, calm our nervous system, and promote flexibility in the joints. We will be learning exercises to increase our lung capacity, tapping to stimulate our digestion, and simple meditations to clear the mind. It is always important to take good care of our health. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice these exercises safely from your own home. The class is open to everyone and exercises can be done either sitting or standing.
