Gentle Movement Yoga with Karen Noel
Connect to your breath and body and let go of your stress energy, worries, and burdens. Embrace this nourishing and revitalizing slow-flow session. Great for beginners, seasoned practitioners or those healing an injury.
Wear loose fitted clothing. Eat a light breakfast. You'll need a mat, towel, or blanket.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
