VIRTUAL - Anxiety in the Time of COVID

 

Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) has had a major effect on mental health, with both healthcare workers and the general public experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and psychological distress.

This Zoom presentation, organized in partnership with ACAP (Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis)  will explore issues as they relate to managing anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Psychoanalyst, Dr. Lillesol Kane will offer supportive strategies and coping techniques to help individuals and families deal with their anxiety and manage their mental health.

Dr. Kane has a private practice in Morristown, New Jersey.  She completed her psychoanalytic training at the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in Livingston, New Jersey and has degrees from Johns Hopkins, Brown and the University of Sydney, Australia.  She is currently completing a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at BGSP-NJ.

This program is open to all and registration is required.
