How To Measure Your Job Performance (30 mins – 60 mins)

I will go over how you can measure your job performance and how to avoid going on a performance improvement plan during isolation. Performance improvement plans are usually given when work quality or reliability is not meeting expectations. I will go over the points from the productive/effective manager meetings and how you can implement them independently, so you can be prepared for your formal performance reviews. Reviews should be taken as opportunities to further your career development.
