Today she will make Green Curry Chicken:

 

2 lbs chicken (bone -in thighs works best)

For marination:

1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 heaped tsp Malvani masala (or you can use 1 tsp garam masala)

salt

For the curry:

Oil 

whole spices: 1 bay leaf, 2-3 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon, 6-8 black peppercorns

2 medium-sized onions finely chopped

one bunch of cilantro/ corriander leaves (about 2 cups of leaves) 3-4 green chillies

2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
