February is Heart Health Month!
Come to this informative workshop, where we will discuss how to make easy lifestyle changes to improve your heart health and learn about some favorite foods for a healthy heart.
Presented by Jennifer Shukaitis, MPH, who has been a faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) at Rutgers Cooperative Extension since 2012.
FCHS promotes health and wellness through education, research and collaboration with outreach in food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
