Jennifer Shukaitis, MPH, has been a faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) at Rutgers Cooperative Extension since 2012. FCHS promotes health and wellness through education, research and collaboration with outreach in food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
