Ingredients Required:
2 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
Vanilla extract
Unsalted butter
White/ yellow cake OR any leftover cake, cupcakes or swissroll
Strawberry/ raspberry jelly
100 ml sweet sherry (optional)
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup confectioners sugar
Fresh fruits of choice
