Live on Facebook - February 2021 - A New Way to Ayurveda
In continuation to January's Ayurveda classes hosted in collaboration with Kulture Kool, we will expand on the benefits of Ayurveda and overall wellness. Ayurvedic cooking methods, daily routines, immunity and herbs are just to name a few of each 30-minute session. Each class will be broadcasted on Facebook Live and recorded to the Library's Facebook Videos to watch on a lter date.
Rajat Bhu is the founder of a global wellness community called Ayurkula, which includes educational workshops, meditation and breath practice, and an ongoing lifestyle improvement study. He has had a lifelong interest in connecting the dots between yoga, Ayurveda, epigenetics, nutrition, exercise, and meditation. He studied Ayurveda from the American Institute of Vedic Studies and has course certificates in nutrition, obesity, exercise and adjuvant cancer care from the universities of Wageningen, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Technion Israel, and others. He also holds an MA in Physics and Management and is a CFA Charter holder. His ambition is to see a disease-free healthy world.
